Branch Company
Companies registered outside of KIZAD, both local and international, can extend their operations by establishing a branch in the Free Zone. There is no requirement for capital investment to open a branch company in KIZAD Free Zone.
Limited Liability Company
The primary legal structure for businesses in KIZAD is the Limited Liability Company (LLC). An LLC can be established with a minimum paid-up capital of AED 150,000. Ownership of a KIZAD LLC can be by an individual, a corporate entity, or a combination of both. A KIZAD LLC can have a minimum of one and a maximum of five shareholders.
